Excel formula help

I would like to automatically copy paste a certain cells range on a column, to the first free column on the same sheet, that has to happen for example every two hours (with the possibility to change the frequency).

I can't find a solution for that, can you please help?

I forgot to mention, that the cell are automatically filled on real-time from a DB link, so those value are constantly changing, but I would like to paste it as number without the formula contained in the original cells.
