Excel formula Help for Automatic Lock

Hello experts,

I just want your help regarding excel. Is there any so that after single time entry into the cell, the cell gets automatically locked so that no one can enter data into it for 2nd time. Note that I have said automatically locked. Please help me.

@Ahmad200 I do not believe formula can do it for you. VB scripts are required to handle events.
