Excel Timer Activity IIF

Copper Contributor

I use an Excel Timer Activity IIF to upload time cards to Quickbooks. I recently started using numeric cost codes. The Timer Activity IIF spreadsheet will NOT save the cost code "01" - I have formatted "01" 5 possible ways, once I close this spreadsheet (saved) and reopen it, it always changes the "01" back to "1"

Custom format 00 shall work. I guess the code is number, not text.

Sometimes it's the easy stuff that eludes me...thanks!

@nikkifromtheblock , you are welcome

I spoke too soon. It won't save the formatting.

@nikkifromtheblock , could you please submit small sample file - just one cell with the code will be enough.

I can't seem to figure out how to share one cell. Sorry. My first forum experience. I tried to attach the whole file, but it didn't like it.

Yes, the file, but few cells with code within it is enough. Of course, if you have no sensitive information you may attach your original file.
