Is there away to sum the contents of a number of cells of a certain color?   Example-I am looking for the sum of all the Yellow cells and the Red cells.

As I know there is no formula to get cell color. However you can hide the cells without the desirec cell color and use Aggregate function to get the sum. If cell color is defined by conditional formatting then you can use the same formula in a helper column and use sumif.
