Excel Problem with the map diagram

I need help using the map diagram.

I created a table with countries and customer numbers and inserted a map diagram based on it. All well and good, but Italy does not change colour, although it is included in the table.

What could be the reason?

Sebastian, I guess you mean Map Charts. It's hard to say without the sample. The tool is quire sensitive to columns names, mixing of different levels of administrative units, etc. Better to use Excel Tables.
