Excel Formula Needed

I am working on a spreadsheet which includes 4 different meal options:

Manicotti Rosa (Vegetarian): Three cheese filled manicotti with marinara and parmesan cheese

London Broil (Gluten Free): Broiled 8oz marinated choice flank steak with mushroom wine sauce

Chicken Breast Supreme (Gluten Free): 6oz boneless chicken breast with mushroom supreme sauce

Atlantic Salmon (Gluten Free): 8oz salmon filet with lemon tarragaon hollandaise sauce with honey

I need a total of how many of each meal is needed. None of the formulas I have tried work. What formula would I need to use and how would I create it?

I needed to know how many people ordered the London Broil, how many ordered the Salmon, etc. but I got the formula to work. So problem solved!
