I get the following pop-up when I try to open a .xls file:
"Microsoft Excel cannot open or save any more documents because there is not enough available memory or disk space."
"To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need."
"To free disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are saving to."
I deleted all unneeded .xls files and have no other programs running. I signed up for Office 360 Home to try to solve this problem but it didn't. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response. I followed the instructions on the video but it did not fix the problem. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

Nope, that wasn't in my experience, I only see from time to time such issue is discussing. Try to google with entire string "To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need"
