Emailing the worksheet not the workbook

Is it possible to email someone the worksheet, instead of the entire workbook? I have multiple worksheets, but want specific worksheet to go to specific person. I don't want everyone else to have access or even see the other worksheets. What I've been doing is copy and paste the worksheet to a new workbook and then email it from there.

But also you have an option to hide other worksheets, and then protect the workbook to prevent other users from unhiding them.

Yes that's exactly what I would have done copy and paste to a new worksheet, by doing so it ensures that if the recipient system is not well protected and should become compromised, then only that sheet is at risk.
