EXCEL FORMULA TO TRACK A MISSING CELL

Hello,

My challenge is using the update file to locate a missing cell from the original file by comparing both file,but my the difficulty is the excel formula argument that can help with this challenge.The file in question has over 20,000 cells of data.

If you are on Pro version of Excel you may use Inquire to compare the files.
