I need to filter the following spreadsheet by the update date to include all updates in a specified date range, say 5/29/2018 to 6/29/2018, and if there is an initiative title entry that has not been updated during that range, I would like to display the most recent update. So, I want all entries during a certain date range and the most recent entry of any initiative titles that are not within that date range. I have 42 initiative titles. I would like to see at least the most recent entry for each of the 42 initiative titles as well as all entries made within a date range, even if there is more than one entry during that range. So, if I filtered for a date range of yesterday to today, and there were no new updates during that time, I would like to see the most recent update for each initiative title. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have spend several days trying to figure out a solution with little headway. So, thank you in advance!
