@Sec37 hello there. The answer to your question is somewhat two-sided. A Workbook contains Worksheets. You enter data onto Worksheets, thus contained in its Workbook. This means you can't enter data into a Workbook but only a Worksheet, which resides in a Workbook. Does that make sense?
