Data Validation multiple lists

I know how to create a single drop down list but i am trying to create a form that if you select an option from the first drop down list it will allow you to only select from a corresponding second drop down list only the options that apply based on your answer on the first selection. My form does not have headers on it either and from everything I can see online they all have headers.

Thanks for the links but I still dont understand how to create the formulas to complete this also I do not want headers on my main page. I want it so if I where to select Candy the next box will show the types of candy all with out headers @Twifoo

You can remove the headers if you want. If you can attach your sample file, I can create the drop-down lists for you.
