Hi,
I have the following data:
- Months over a year (e.g. Jan 2017, Feb 2017, Mar 2017, etc)
- Categories of food (e.g. sugar, cookies, flour, etc)
- Revenue from selling each category per month
- No. of transactions per category per month
I'd like to make a stacked column chart with two axis where the x-axis shows the months over a year and the two y-axis are no. of transactions and revenue from selling categories. The stacked columns should be split into the different categories.
The issue I am having is that I need the revenue and no. of transactions to be shown on the same stacked column per month, just corresponding to the different y axis. Is it possible to do this on excel and how do I go about this?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have a similar, possibly identical problem: we can't be the ONLY ones. Somebody must have figured this out -- help?

@Judy Tran @Me4one To create a stacked column graph where each segment has its own baseline, you need to add invisible spacer segments between the visible segments so that the visible segments line up. I've attached a file that gives you an example of this type of graph and you can investigate how it is constructed.
Hope that helps.
