Hi All, How do you copy a cell form one work sheet to another work sheet.

do you mean so it updates? If you wanted to copy cell A1 for example then you could type something like: =Sheet1!A1

where sheet1 is the name of your worksheet and A1 is the cell.

No, I want to copy "Cell A1" from sheet two, and paste it to sheet 1, "Cell J17".

Can you not use ctrl+c / Ctrl + v?

is the workbook protected?
