Conditional Formatting is not working

Dear all,

PLEASE I need some help. I tried many times, I want a cell to be pink since initial date til final date, but it doesn't worked. =$F$4:$AI$4>=$F$4:$AI$4<=$D$5

I think my excel book is having problems . I am attaching the file. 

 

@Nauthstar   Could you help me please or some else ? I really want to learn how to do it.

Delete all your existing conditional formatting rules first.

And then select the range F5:AI5 and make a New Rule for Conditional Formatting using the formula given below and set the format as per your choice.

 

=F$4<=$D5
