I need to combine two Sumif & Sumifs formulas or find a soulution with my issue.  Is there another way to solve my dilemma.

Do you mean

=SUMIFS(B23:B28,A23:A28,"<>skip",C23:C28,"pay",B23:B28,"<>0")

?

Thank you for the reply back. However, the formula did not address the Pending column. Within the Combined formula table, when I placed skp in the Pending column, the formula accounted only the Resolute column. In other words, if skp is placed in the Pending column and n/a is placed in the Resolute column, I should end up with a total amount of 4.

Formula returns 4, please check attached. I'm not sure what "n/a" means for Resolute column, it calculates for Pending <> skp and Resolute=pay
