Changing font size in a single word in a cell

In an excel cell, I want to change the font size in a single word. Such as have "PAT" all in upper case, but making the AT smaller font, while still in upper case. Easy to do in a word doc, but doesn't seem doable in Excel. I even tried copy/paste from a word doc - no luck.

Nope, that doesn't work with text in cell. As variant you may use Text Box, but that not exactly the same.

As a comment, many things which easy to do in Excel are not doable in Word.
