Just bought a new Dell Inspiron and realizing that the shortcuts CTRL+Tab and CTRL+Page Up/Down aren't working to switch between tabs or worksheets. There are probably more shortcuts that aren't working but those are the ones I'm currently trying to use. I can use CTRL+C, Z, V, S etc. I'm not particularly tech savvy so I don't know of any troubleshooting options, currently reinstalling Office.
Using:
Inspiron 7353, Windows 10
Excel 2016

Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron (7000 series 2 in 1) too having Windows 10 installed. I am not often using the shortcuts you mentionned, but I just gave them a try. And I have seen, that they are also not working correctly on this system.
For me, the behaviour is: I opened Excel with a blank workbook and add some worksheets. Then, I created a second blank workbook. If I try to switch from workbook A to workbook B by using Ctrl+Tab, this works fine. Then, I created a third workbook. If I then use Ctrl+Tab, only the last two workbooks are cycled. I can add more workbooks, same behaviour. Only the last two workbooks are cycled.
If I try Ctrl+Shift+Tab, then all 4 workbooks are cycled. So, I think, there is a problem there and something is going wrong. May be an Excel/Office bug, a Windows 10 bug or some drivers affecting this. More people having this problem?
On my desktop computer, all is working fine (same Excel 2016 Version 1703, Build 7967.2030). I did not test other laptops/computers.
Best regards,
Mourad

Hi,
I have no Dell and no such issues with shortcuts (latest Slow Ring build), just my $0.02. I could be wrong, but as i remember Ctrl+Tab was in conflict with nVidia GeForce experience, didn't google that now.
On the other hand, based on this discussion https://excel.uservoice.com/forums/304921-excel-for-windows-desktop-application/suggestions/9994767-... some people still have these shortcuts issues depends on Excel version.

Hi Sergei :)
thanks, the Dell Laptop has a nVidia graphics card + an Intel based integrated graphics card (there are two in it). However, my Desktop PC has also a nVidia graphics card.
Best regards,

Could be Excel version as well. As an example which i know - Ctrl+Alt+F5 (Refresj All) didn't work since Ctrl+Alt... are reserved for Intel HD Graphics and were in conflict (even if exact Ctrl+Alt+F5 is not used by Intel Graphics).
However, with latest build it works again.
