Cell Reference to Named Reference

Hi all,

I have defined lot of named ranges recently in an already built financial model for ease of review. Is there a way to replace all such ranges in one go instead of doing the "Find & Replace" activity.

The one way explained in another blog was to use "Apply Names" which seemed like THE Solution but apperently its not working. the error says: "Microsoft Excel cannot find any reference to replace".

Please execute this procedures: 

1. Highlight the range in which you wish to apply names; 

2. Press Alt,M,M,A; 

3: Hightlight the names you wish to apply; and 

4. Click OK.
