I wish to calculate a time sheet with employee hours. The hours & formula column is custom - time format. My formula to add the hours worked in a week works if the employee works under 24 hours. Any more hours it doesn't calculate correctly. Can someone give me the correct formula or cell format to use?

I would display the cell as a decimal number and multiple the values by 24 to convert into total hours
