Autofilling new data from a data list

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-867078%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EAutofilling%20new%20data%20from%20a%20data%20list%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-867078%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3EHi%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3E%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EI%20have%20a%20massive%20data%20table%20(tab1)%20which%20I%20am%20effectively%20trying%20to%20pivot%20without%20using%20a%20pivot%20table%20to%20tab%202.%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EIn%20the%20data%20table%20I%20have%20lists%20of%20contractors%20with%20the%20hours%20the%20worked%2C%20charge%20rates%20etc.%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EOn%20my%20summary%20page%2C%20I%20have%20the%20list%20of%20unique%20contractors%20and%20from%20here%2C%20I%20run%20sumif%2C%20averageif%20etc%2C%20formulae%20to%20get%20my%20summaries.%20my%20issue%20is%2C%20next%20week%20there%20would%20be%20say%20400%20new%20transactions%2C%20and%20say%205%20new%20contractors.%20I%20want%20a%20way%20to%20automatically%20add%20those%205%20new%20contractors%20to%20my%20contractor%20summary%20list.%26nbsp%3B%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3ECurrently%20I%20run%20a%20vlookup%20on%20tab1%20to%20see%20if%20there%20are%20any%20new%20contractors.%20I%20copy%20these%20to%20tab2%20and%20then%20remove%20duplicates.%20is%20there%20a%20way%20I%20can%20get%20this%20done%20automatically%20because%20I%20have%20numerous%20summary%20sheets%20i.e.%20summary%20by%20country%2C%20client%2C%20consultant%2C%20period%20and%20so%20forth.%20I%20want%20a%20way%20to%20click%20a%20button%20or%20easily%20update%20my%20summary%20tabs%20so%20that%20any%20new%20contractors%2C%20consultants%2C%20countries%20etc%20are%20automatically%20pulled%20in%20without%20needing%20to%20search%20and%20manually%20copy%20these%20across.%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E%3CLINGO-LABS%20id%3D%22lingo-labs-867078%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EExcel%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3C%2FLINGO-LABS%3E

I have a massive data table (tab1) which I am effectively trying to pivot without using a pivot table to tab 2.

In the data table I have lists of contractors with the hours the worked, charge rates etc.

On my summary page, I have the list of unique contractors and from here, I run sumif, averageif etc, formulae to get my summaries. my issue is, next week there would be say 400 new transactions, and say 5 new contractors. I want a way to automatically add those 5 new contractors to my contractor summary list. 

Currently I run a vlookup on tab1 to see if there are any new contractors. I copy these to tab2 and then remove duplicates. is there a way I can get this done automatically because I have numerous summary sheets i.e. summary by country, client, consultant, period and so forth. I want a way to click a button or easily update my summary tabs so that any new contractors, consultants, countries etc are automatically pulled in without needing to search and manually copy these across.
