Auto Populate Dates based on Day of the Week

I'm working on a project for work which requires a lot of manual data entry every year to get setup and I'm thinking there should be a fairly simple way to automate it, but I'm just not at the level to figure out how. Here's my issue:

 

I have an excel document with 12 sheets, one per month. On each sheet (Month) there is a row for each day of the month, except Tuesday when there are three, each requiring the date to be entered into the date column. I'd like to be able to simply set a starting date on a 13th 'back end' sheet, whether that be a full on date or simply the year ... however it needs to be entered to function correctly, and I'd like to do this with formulas and/or functions, if at all possible. I'm open to macros or simple VBA if necessary, but if there is a way to do this without going to that extent, I'd prefer it.

 

Any suggestions how I might go about this?
