Advanced Referencing Help

 In Cell K11, I have a data validation list of exercises. The list is located in another sheet (in picture 2). 

In cell K10, I want to reference K11 to give me the contents of cell B2, automatically.

For example, when I choose "KB Squat" in the drop-down menu of K12, I want it to automatically report cell B11 on sheet 2 to cell K10 on sheet 1.

In K10 you may use something like

INDEX(Sheet2!B2:B3,MATCH(K11,Sheet2!A2:A3,0)
