Advanced Filters Based on Cell Value Input

I have a database (9x6000) with approximately 6000 rows of text characters and numbers. These columns are currently filtered and an easy way to narrow the columns with numbers in them is to right-click on the filter button and search for "between" two numbers (like it says here in this website https://support.office.com/en-us/article/filter-data-in-a-range-or-table-01832226-31b5-4568-8806-38c...). I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do this quickly by entering numbers in to two different cells to make it a more expedited process.
