In the above picture, I have a formula in M11 which will fill the box red based in the exercise selected in cell K11. There are certain exercises in our library which are determined "priority" and must be coached well.
Then, there are exercises that are not always priority, but only when they are new to the clients, thus I want a coach to be able to quickly change the cell to yellow, with a dropdown menu.
I cannot figure out a way to automate the cell to change red under some conditions, while allowing it to be manually changed to yellow without removing the automation formula to red.
Any thoughts on this? Or directions I should go in?
