Hi folks, We’re excited to announce the IRM support in the new Outlook for Mac. Yair Cohen is a Program Manager on the team and he’ll talk about the release in more detail. Hi, this is Yair. Last week our friends in Office 365 announced the new Outlook for the Mac , which delivers improved performance and consistent experience similar to Outlook on the PC and OWA apps. Mac users have consistently asked us to add Azure RMS support into Microsoft Office. As part of our commitment to enable IRM in Office on all platforms, we are proud to announce that the new Outlook for Mac has Azure RMS support. The New Outlook for Mac supports Azure RMS The new Outlook for Mac supports both Azure RMS and AD RMS , which means that users can now send and receive IRM emails within and outside their organization if they are on Office 365.   Note: If you are part of an organization that uses AD RMS, you need to install the new Mobile Device Extension package as described here . This is because Outlook IRM depends on the new RMS SDK 4.1, which uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users. As always, we are eager to receive your feedback at Ask the RMS Info Protection Team . This is the first among many more announcements to come in 2015!   Cheers, Yair for the RMS team
