The Documentation Library for Azure Rights Management has been updated on the web and the latest content has Updated: November 1, 2014 at the top of the topic.

This month, we also updated the Active Directory Rights Management Services Mobile Device Extension to clarify the AD RMS deployment prerequisites, and added a FIPS compliancy statement to Active Directory Rights Management Services Overview for Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2012.
We value customer feedback and try to incorporate it when possible. Although we can't promise to make the docs perfect for everybody, we are committed to continual improvement. If you have any feedback about the docs for the RMS sharing application, or for Azure RMS, email AskIPTeam@Microsoft.com .
There are no significant doc updates this month for the RMS sharing application.
The following information lists the topics that contain significant changes since the last update (October 2014).
- Updated the Client device capabilities table for the latest support statements: For Windows computers, added Nitro PDF Reader as supported for Protected PDF documents.
- Updated for the information that SharePoint does not use the rights policy templates that you see and can create in the Azure Management Portal. Instead, after you enable Information Rights Management for a library, documents in that library are protected by inheriting the permissions that the administrator configured for the SharePoint library. However, there are also additional Rights Management settings that you can configure, which offer near-parity with the settings that you can configure for custom RMS templates.
