Photo editing update

Iron Contributor

I teach Graphic Design and photography and have encouraged beginning students to use the Windows 10 photo editing tools as a really good way of improving photos without having to dive into Photoshop. This morning I woke up to the update- which is a) unexpected and b)really poor. Some comments around the blogosphere call it dumbed down.

Why replace something that was well designed and intuitive, with something that is poorly designed and irritating to people who have learned how to use the original version very well?

Is there anyway to roll back the update?
