great video, We are just starting out on our 0365/SPO journey after two failed SP on prem projects (2007 and 2010). 

 

Knowing where to start on changing the hearts and minds of a conservative organisation is the hardest part; being technical it is often difficult to appreciate how hard others find it to adopt new technology and practices.
