Diversity and inclusion matters.

That's a fact that is universally accepted in our industry today.

Yet, just because we know that diversity is not only good for business but necessary for organizations to thrive doesn't mean that companies actively practice strategies to support employees and cultivate an inclusive culture at work. As an IT Pro or developer in today's competitive and highly diverse economy, what does that mean for you? How can you push the boundaries, break that glass ceiling and go against the grain to champion what is arguably the most urgent topic in our industry today?

Join us at the Diversity and Tech track at Microsoft Ignite 2019 as we seek answers, build solutions and foster communities in bridging the inclusion gap.

Well done @Shona Chee and team. The start of the Diversity and Tech initiative at Microsoft Ignite 2018 was perfect and sets the right path forward. I'm very passionate about D&I, especially stemming from my own challenges and experiences, and I will be happy to take a major role in developing a strong program, education, mentorship and much more for Microsoft Ignite 2019 and beyond. Cheers!
