In current version(77.0.235.5),right click "Title bar" or "Add Tab(Ctrl+T)" button, their functions are the same.

Sometimes we click the "Add Tab" button and hope that one step is to paste a url and go to.

So,I want to add a feature: When I right click on the button, I open a new tab bar and automatically type the text of the clipboard in the url bar and go to.

While I can see how this might be useful, you should be able to just Right-click on the text where you are copying it from originally and choose the option to search for it. Or Ask Cortana about it, which should open the page or a search concerning it.
