When downloading a file, example Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_18950.iso
the new Edge uses a name like "Unconfirmed 12345.crdownload" in the download directory
rather than real Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_18950.iso.partial like previous Edge.
