Hi,
unfortunately, the latest Edge WebDriver release for x64 does not contain a windows executable. Instead, it contains an unidentified file, possibly the macOS executable.
Cheers

If you are visiting https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download on your Windows machine,
it should only give you Windows executable files unless you click the dropdown menu for Microsoft Edge Canary.
If you are on your Mac it will automatically download the correct executable for that OS also.
Is this what you are referring to?
Thanks,
Frank

@V-FRROME I am not referring to Edge but to its WebDriver found here:

SolutionI noticed this about 30 minutes ago and logged a bug. I'm not sure what happened along the pipeline, but we'll get it fixed asap. In the meantime, you SHOULD be able to use the older one up there.
Thank you so much for taking the time to file this report!

@Stefan-Ilic this is fixed now. Be sure to clear your cache before trying to download... thanks again for the feedback!
