On some forms controls do not appear correctly whereas they do with Chrome Version 74.0.3729.157 (Official build) (64 bits). See attached files for details.
Looking at the page HTML it seems that some Javascript is not behaving exactly the same on Edge and Chrome. What is shown in the right side of the attached files is managed with a tbody element. The tbody element is empty on Edge, and contains the controls on Chrome.
