it's really important because there are many bugs and issues that need a certain situation to be produced but when the user clicks on the Smiley button to take screenshot and write the feedback report, that situation and opportunity to record it will be gone. so we need to use another tool like the Windows 10's built in Snip and Sketch app with the help of Print screen key to record that right moment. using print screen key doesn't include mouse clicks so it's the perfect way to catch that nasty bug.
