Although Edge insider now has Experimental Scrolling, there's a significant problem that Chromium lock the scrolling animation to 30 fps so that it will never be as smooth as the original Edge on scrolling.

I hope that Edge insider can unlock the limit of 30 fps scrolling animation to make it smoother. 90 and 120 fps are both great options for smooth scrolling animation.

since screen can show 60, 75 or 144 fps max (hz = fps), i would like to add recommendation to propose 60.75 and 144 in place or 90 ans 120.

But i like the idea

Given higher refresh rate screens are more common nowadays, the idea of applying a smooth scrolling animation experience to the whole Windows OS environment is in my opinion long overdue
