I guess edge updated to 76.0.167.0, and today it will not launch, unless you run as administrator.

Its a know well reported issue. Are you able to launch Edge Insider Dev 167 and work in it, if you delete or rename the folder .../Edge\Application\76.0.167.0\local ?

I removed the "local" folder (which contained a file named cache)
It still won't launch. :(

@CodeDJThanks! I just found all the news about it not launching. I'll switch over to old edge and see if I get an update next week to fix it.

@ScottMcB they just released a new update 76.0.167.1 which is working fine.
