I tried updating Edge Canary today MicrosoftEdgeCanary-78.0.267.0 and got an error I never saw. So I quit, went to the site and downloaded a fresh copy. It installed, but when I launch it I just get this notification, and it never launches:
So I am completely stuck at this point. I can install and run Dev, but then need to reinstall my extensions etc. so would rather get back on Canary. Any ideas?
If I click the dialog, it opens Microsoft Update app and updated Excel, Outlook, and Edge itself to MicrosoftEdgeCanary-78.0.268.0. But then if I launch it I'm back in the loop and clicking it opens Microsoft Update with no updates available.
This is on Mac Mojave 10.14.6 (18G87). Been using Canary from start, never had any issues.
