When I try to scroll an iframe content by using the mouse scroll wheel it also scroll the entire external page. This behavior only occurs on Edge Chromium based and on Chrome. I've trying it with IE, Classic Edge and Firefox and they work as expected by only scrolling the div content.

I'm using Microsoft Edge Version 76.0.159.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

@cbomtempo This looks like a Chromium bug to me, since I am able to reproduce this bug in both Google Chrome Stable version 75.0.3770.100 as well as Chrome Canary version 77.0.3830.0.

However, as you mentioned, I can also confirm that it does work on Edge (Classic) and Firefox. You may also try raising a bug report here.
