Have bug in delete download in page files downloads have scroll

This happens when you delete a download from this page, scrolling down completely shows a sentence saying the file has been deleted.
Happens in the Edge Canary too Version 78.0.253.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
double scroll bars bars on the right and a scroll bar on the bottom appear when I delete a download entry from the list and then scroll down a bit.
