Unable to update Contact through Azure Graph API

I'm working on an application that reads and updates Contacts from Office 365 through Azure Graph API. Reading and deleting works fine, however, when I try to update a contact I receive a Bad Request error with the following message:

Unable to update the specified properties for objects that have originated within an external service.

Don't have a clue what they mean with external service? It doesn't matter if the contact is created through Admin UI or through PowerShell.

Can you please let me know if I am missing something here?

Azure Graph API have multiple properties 

Which property do you wnat to update? 

there is some property cases the problem if i am right not all property.
