Hi @Jamie Terrell - Cortana Skills can be published to the world using the Cortana Developer Dashboard. That way, all users who sign in to Cortana with an MSA can access the skill. And yes, this is the topic of a blog post coming soon!

Say you want to roll something out to your company, how would they invoke the skill if they don't have the MSA account the skill was setup with? Or is that the content for another blog? I am kind of brainstorming on some kind of first level support bot where end-users could ask some basic questions ...
