Wake On LAN with Primary in Azure

We are looking to configure Wake on LAN within our SCCM setup, we currently our Primary Site within Azure.

Is it possible to setup Wake On LAN where the magic packet is sent from a SCCM server within On-Premise, I have been reading and only found information that WOL is sent via the Primary Site however our network colleagues will not allow broadcast magic packet sent from Azure into our internal network.

Using Unicast WoL, yes. You can combine this with peer wake up proxy as well to increase the reliability of this method. Work closely with your network team if you implement wake-up proxy.

Note that in 1902 (or 1810, don' remember which) they've added the ability to perform a peer wakeup based on client notification. For now, this is an on-demand feature only though.
