Cannot login to downloaded Linux VM

I've downloaded an Azure Linux VM to run on-premise on Hyper-V. All is good, application is running but I cannot login to the VM. No problem logging in to the Azure copy of the VM, but the same credentials do not work on the downloaded VM. Any ideas?

Have you confirm your Network Setting on the Hyper-V Host. Can you ping the server from your computer and its responding.
