Description of the issue:

Start and end time should have a more correct translation, and also be more consistent with Outlook.

Language affected: Swedish

Current translation: Starta / Avsluta

Suggested translation and reason(s) for change: Starttid / Sluttid (or just Start / **bleep**)

Corresponding English Text (if known): Start / End
