Euskera Language translation

• Description of the issue: In the Users module, the title of Conctacts in Euskera is "Kontactuak" and in spanish starts with a lowercase letter. 
• Language affected: Euskera (Spain)
• Current translation: "kontaktuei" (with lowercase!)
• Suggested translations and reason for change: "kontaktuei" -> "Kontaktuak"
