Thanks for flagging, @Dean Gross. We recently rolled out this functionality, but we are in the midst of rolling out a more complete solution so this feature has temporarily been rolled back.

We rolled this out in our last release, when you see a thicker grey bar at the right handside it means its unread, see below.

We are not settled on the colour for it, it was originally blue but we decided we had over used blue in the UI Design, so please comment below if you have an opinion about the choice of colour.
