We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact at present. Our logs show the incident started on 03/13, 17:26 UTC and during the 56 minutes that it took to resolve the issue a subset of customers experienced data loss for metrics data in West Europe. This data was never ingested to our system so they would see gaps in charts in Azure portal for impacted duration.
