We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/23, 07:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/18, 23:00 UTC and that during the 4 days and 8 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers would have experienced issues while redirecting to azure portal from alert email links.

Root Cause: The failure was due to version compatibility issue in one of our backend service.
