We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/12, 14:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/09, 23:30 UTC and that during the 2 days 15 hours that it took to resolve the issue some of customers using Solution targeting feature in West Europe, East Japan, West Central US and South East Asia experienced incorrect updates and intermittent data gap with respect to solution specific data.
Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of dependent service.

We are aware of issues within Log Analytics and are actively investigating. Some customers using solution targeting feature in the West Europe, East Japan, South East Asia and West Central US region may experience intermittent data gap with respect to solution specific data.
